Issues eligible for review
Requests are limited to items delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description. Notice must be received within 30 days after delivery. Change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong item, and no-reason returns are not accepted.
Required evidence
Provide the order number, checkout email, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and problem. Keep the goods and packaging during review. Do not mail anything back without written authorization; an unauthorized return is not accepted and does not create a refund right.
Inspection and resolution
We evaluate the order record and evidence before approving a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control posting time. A replacement is offered only when the verified issue and available stock support that remedy.
