Coverage and order preparation
Orders can be shipped only to destinations offered during checkout. Shipping charges and any free-shipping qualification are determined there. Preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days after payment authorization; weekends and holidays are not business days.
Estimated transportation
Carrier transit is usually estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. This estimate is not a guarantee. Weather, carrier congestion, customs activity, remote-area service, address errors, and seasonal volume can extend delivery.
Customer information and tracking
The recipient name, complete address, email, and phone must be accurate. Tracking is sent when available and may take time to display its first scan. Address changes cannot be promised once preparation has begun.
Exceptions and restrictions
Some destinations, products, or delivery methods may be unavailable in checkout. For delay, loss, a delivered-but-missing parcel, visible damage, or another delivery exception, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos. We will review the record and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.
